Can I request a specific hotel on a Luoyang tour?

[Direct conclusion] Group tour hotels are uniformly arranged, usually not allowing a specific hotel, but you can state preferences like location or grade and the agency will try to adjust; custom tours can specify. Key points to keep in mind: 1. Learn the default hotel grade and location. 2. State preferences to the agent in advance. 3. Confirm whether adjustment is possible among optional hotels. 4. Choose a custom tour for strict hotel requirements. Note: Check how far the hotel is from the meeting point and attractions.
