Can the itinerary be changed mid-trip in Luoyang?

[Direct conclusion] 【Yes, with an 'elastic boundary': unspent spots can be swapped; already-booked/ticketed changes may incur cancel loss; adding spots depends on drive time and open hours; adding people/car needs top-up. Key points to keep in mind: 1. We set a 'daily elastic plan'; key changes communicated instantly by on-trip staff and back-office consultant, minimizing impact. 2. At signing we agree 'changeable scope'.】 Change types: Four principles: ◆ Say early: later = passive. 3. ◆ See loss: booked ticket cancel known. 4. ◆ Control drive: don't waste a day on road.
