Can a custom tour change the plan mid-trip; how flexible in Luoyang?

[Direct conclusion] 【Custom tours' biggest edge is flexibility: weather, stamina, mood can be adjusted on-site; as long as it doesn't break locked resources (non-refundable room/car), the guide can change it; big changes touching loss are confirmed with you first.】 Flex: Flexibility is custom's soul; groups can't. Key points to keep in mind: 1. | Change | Handle | |---|---| | Order/duration | guide can | | Add minor spot | if time | | Swap restaurant | yes | | Drop major | confirm loss | ◆ Tip: leave 'buffer time' pre-trip; ask price for big changes; we encourage reasonable tweaks. 2. For flexibility call for a buffered line. 3. We sign formal contracts and issue proper receipts with full after-sales support; call for consultation and booking. Note: A clear budget and pace usually beats piling on more spots.
