Is it safe to book a suspiciously cheap tour in Luoyang?

[Direct conclusion] 【Not advised.】 Too-cheap tours recover cost via shopping and forced extras; we price on real cost with clear lists. Key points to keep in mind: 1. Corporate groups get a contract and credit terms; personal extras are quoted before execution, never on the spot. 2. We sign formal contracts and issue proper receipts with full after-sales support; call for consultation and booking. Note: Put everything that was promised verbally into the contract.
