Attraction Introduction: Today's itinerary includes Libo attractions. Libo is located in Qiannan, Guizhou, and is famous for the Xiaoqikong and Daqikong scenic areas. The water forest of Xiaoqikong, the sixty-eight-level waterfall, Wolong Pool, and other landscapes resemble a fairyland, earning it the nickname 'Green Jewel on the Belt of the Earth.' It is also a World Natural Heritage site. The area combines mountains and water with fresh air, making it the most renowned karst landscape in Guizhou. In my understanding, the Xiaoqikong area involves a lot of walking, and the bridges and caves can be slippery, so it is essential to wear non-slip shoes. The scenic area is large, so it is recommended to reserve a full day to fully enjoy it.

Tips: Many mountain paths are slippery, and extra care should be taken when going downhill by shifting your center of gravity back and slowing your steps. Knee pads are recommended. Visitors generally say that the crystal-clear water of Xiaoqikong is known as the 'Green Jewel of the Earth,' making it perfect for a summer retreat. The walking routes are long, so bring some snacks and water. Depending on your situation, be punctual; arrive at the gathering point 5 to 10 minutes early. It’s better for people to wait for the vehicle than the other way around—don’t make everyone wait for you.

Gather in the morning and set off for Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, following the main route with the guide to visit all the highlights, leaving ample time for photos and rest; enjoy a local specialty meal at noon, continue exploring in the afternoon, and check into the hotel in the evening to rest and recharge for the next day's itinerary.

Attraction Introduction: One of the highlights arranged on this trip is Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Located in southeastern Guizhou, it is the largest Miao ethnic village in the world, with thousands of stilted houses built along the mountains, layer upon layer. When night falls, the village lights resemble countless stars, creating a magnificent sight. Here, you can experience the Miao long-table feast, silver ornaments, and traditional singing and dancing, soaking in the rich Miao culture. My understanding is that it is essential to spend a night here to see the night view; the sea of lights is the soul of Xijiang. The village in the early morning, shrouded in mist, is also extremely beautiful, so don’t oversleep.

Tips: The mountain trails have many steps and steep slopes, so be sure to wear non-slip sports shoes. Those with limited mobility are advised to take the cable car up and down. Visitors generally report that the night view of the luminous village is photogenic; although some say it is commercialized, it remains spectacular. Don’t miss the observation deck, and try the long-table feast at least once. In practical terms, when taking photos, don’t just focus on getting shots—pay attention to your footing and surroundings. Make sure to hold steady and stand safely on the edges of observation decks and walkways.
