Day 1: Mount Lushan

Depart from the hotel early in the morning and head straight to Mount Lushan. First, listen to the guide explain the background and highlights, then enjoy a leisurely tour and take additional camera positions according to your interests. After lunch, take a short rest, then return to the hotel in the evening to recharge for the next day.

Attraction introduction: Today's itinerary includes Mount Lushan attractions, located in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, famous for its sea of clouds, waterfalls, and modern villa clusters. Guling Town is perfect for summer retreats. You can visit Sandie Spring and Hanpokou. Li Bai's poem "The waterfall plunges straight down three thousand feet" is here, a famous mountain in Jiangnan rich in culture. My understanding is that hiking should be done within your means. Cable cars should be saved if possible, but those with bad knees shouldn't force themselves to hike. The scenery is not about forcing yourself.

Friendly reminder: The mountain roads are slippery, so be sure to shift your weight back and slow down downhill. Prepare a pair of knee pads. Most visitors generally say Mount Lushan is worth a special trip. It's recommended to slow down, follow the guide, and save time for the most impressive details and the best camera angles. Depending on the situation, it's best to take photos early or late—the morning is quiet and the dusk is golden for best photos, and the noon summit is cramped and flat, so it's more cost-effective to rest.

Day 2: Free time

Today's Laojun Mountain in-depth tour: after taking the cable car up, focus on the Golden Summit, the Ten-Mile Painted Screen, and the glass viewing platform, and follow the guide to learn about Taoist culture and the geology of Funiu Mountain; In the afternoon, descend to rest and build up for the next day.

Attraction introduction: A highlight of the itinerary is Hanpokou, a must-stop on the route, attracting travelers from afar with its unique natural and cultural charm. It's recommended to slow down and follow the guide to listen to the explanation, saving time for the most moving details and the best camera angles. My understanding is that when the wind is strong and temperature difference is strong at the summit, a softshell jacket and a thermos cup are a must. Don't risk freezing yourself when traveling light.

Friendly reminder: The hiking section has many steps and steep slopes, so be sure to wear non-slip sports shoes. Those with mobility difficulties are advised to take the cable car up and down. Visitors generally report that most believe Hanpokou is worth a special trip. It is recommended to slow down and follow the guide to listen to the explanations, saving time for the most impressive details and the best camera angles. Based on actual conditions, dehydration is the worst on long trips; carry a water bottle and drink water in small amounts frequently; On the first night in plateau or mountainous areas, don't wash your hair or soak too long; give your body some room to adjust.
