Day 1: Huangguoshu

Set off from the hotel early in the morning to Huangguoshu, listen to the guide explain the background and highlights, then enjoy a leisurely tour and take extra photos of the camera as you like. After lunch, take a short rest, then return to the hotel in the evening to build up energy for the next day.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Huangguoshu,Huangguoshu Waterfall located in Anshun, Guizhou. It is one of the largest waterfalls in Asia, over 100 meters wide with nearly 70 meters of drop. The waterfall plunges straight down, mist steaming, and the sound is like thunder—truly spectacular. Behind the waterfall is the Water Curtain Cave, which you can pass through and view the waterfall from inside—a unique experience. My understanding is that the waterfall is most spectacular during the wet season (summer), but since the mist is heavy and the ground is slippery, it's recommended to bring a raincoat or waterproof jacket; Wear non-slip shoes and watch your step.

Friendly reminder: The mountain area has large temperature differences between morning and evening, and the wind at the summit is strong, so a windproof jacket and warm inner layer are very necessary. Visitors generally report that the waterfall is spectacular and the Water Curtain Cave experience is unique; Reminder: Water Curtain Cave can get wet, so Libo Xiaoqikong is more suitable for walking and wearing non-slip shoes. Based on actual conditions, don't shop impulsively; take three minutes to calm down when you see a "limited-time offer"; If you really want to bring souvenirs, choose reputable stores and keep receipts for peace of mind.

Day 2: Free time

Today is themed around Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, avoiding peak crowds and staggering visits, in-depth tour along recommended routes; Enjoy local flavors nearby at noon, free time or guided tours in the afternoon, and stay at the hotel to rest in the evening.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Located in southeastern Guizhou, it is the largest Miao ethnic village in the world, with thousands of stilted houses built layer upon layer on the mountain. At nightfall, thousands of homes are lit up like stars, creating a spectacular scene. Here, you can experience the Miao long table banquet, silver decorations, and singing and dancing, immersing yourself in the rich Miao ethnic customs. My understanding is that you must stay overnight to enjoy the night view; the sparks of lanterns are the soul of Xijiang; The morning mist in the Miao village is also beautiful—don't oversleep.

Friendly reminder: There are many slippery sections on mountain roads, so pay special attention to shifting your weight back and slowing down downhill. You may also need a pair of knee pads. Visitors generally report that the night view of Qianhu is a sea of lights, and while it's commercialized, it's still spectacular. A must-visit to the viewing platform—long table banquets are worth experiencing at least once. Depending on the situation, documents and wallets are kept separately. Important documents should be taken and stored on your phone for backup. If lost, you can quickly reissue them without delaying your trip.

Day 3: Free time

In the morning, gather and depart for Libo, following the main route with the guide, visiting all the highlights one by one, and leaving enough time for photos and rest; Enjoy local specialties at noon, then continue deeper in the afternoon. Check into the hotel in the evening to recharge and prepare for the next day's journey.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Libo, located in southern Guizhou, Guizhou, famous for its large and small seven arches. The small seven arches feature water forests, sixty-eight tiers of cascading waterfalls, and Wolong Pool, resembling a fairyland. It is known as the "emerald on the Earth's belt" and is also a World Natural Heritage site. Here, mountains and water blend and the air is fresh, making it Guizhou's most famous karst landscape. My understanding is that the small seven arches involve a lot of walking and the bridge is slippery, so be sure to wear non-slip shoes; The scenic area is quite large, so reserve a whole day to enjoy it slowly.

Friendly reminder: The hiking section has many steps and steep slopes, so be sure to wear non-slip sports shoes. Those with mobility difficulties are advised to take the cable car up and down. Visitors generally report that the clear water at Xiaoqikong is called the "Earth's Emerald," and they say it's perfect for cooling off. Reminder: The walking route is long, so bring some snacks and snacks. Depending on the situation, bring some change and small packs of snacks. These will be useful when the scenic area has poor signal or needs temporary supplies. Don't wait until you're hungry to find them.

Early in the morning, climb Laojun Mountain, first take the two-level cable car to the Golden Summit, check in at the Taoist temple cluster and the sea of clouds at sunrise; In the afternoon, slowly descend along the Ten-Mile Painted Screen, changing scenery with each step, and return by evening.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Huangguoshu Grand Waterfall, located in Anshun, Guizhou. It is one of the largest waterfalls in Asia, over a hundred meters wide with a drop of nearly seventy meters. The waterfall plunges straight down, mist steaming, and the sound is like thunder—truly spectacular. Behind the waterfall is the Water Curtain Cave, which you can pass through and view the waterfall from inside—a unique experience. My understanding is that the waterfall is most spectacular during the high water season (summer), but since the mist is heavy and the ground is slippery, it's recommended to bring a raincoat or waterproof jacket; Wear non-slip shoes and watch your step.

Friendly reminder: In mountainous areas, there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and strong winds at the summit. A windproof jacket and warm inner layer are very necessary. Visitors generally report that the large waterfall is spectacular and the Water Curtain Cave experience is unique; Reminders that Water Curtain Cave can get wet, so walk frequently at Libo Xiaoqikong and wear non-slip shoes. Considering actual conditions, mountain weather can change quickly; a windproof jacket is more practical than anything; Always choose shoes that are non-slip and comfortable; avoid taking a few photos to avoid twisting your ankle.
