Day 1: Huangguoshu

Today's theme is Huangguoshu, avoiding peak crowds and staggering visits, following recommended routes for in-depth tours; Enjoy local flavors nearby at noon, then have free time in the afternoon or join a guided tour, and stay at the hotel to rest in the evening.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Huangguoshu,Huangguoshu Waterfall located in Anshun, Guizhou. It is one of the largest waterfalls in Asia, over 100 meters wide with nearly 70 meters of drop. The waterfall plunges straight down, mist steaming, and the sound is like thunder—truly spectacular. Behind the waterfall is the Water Curtain Cave, which you can pass through and view the waterfall from inside—a unique experience. My understanding is that the waterfall is most spectacular during the wet season (summer), but since the mist is heavy and the ground is slippery, it's recommended to bring a raincoat or waterproof jacket; Wear non-slip shoes and watch your step.

Friendly reminder: The mountain area experiences large temperature differences between morning and evening, and strong winds at the summit, so a windproof jacket and warm inner layer are very necessary. Visitors generally report that the large waterfall is spectacular and the Water Curtain Cave experience is unique; Reminder: Water Curtain Cave can get wet, so Libo Xiaoqikong is more suitable for walking and wearing non-slip shoes. Based on actual conditions, dehydration is the biggest concern on long trips; carry a water bottle and drink water in small amounts frequently; On the first night on the plateau or mountainous area, avoid washing your hair and bathing too long, giving your body some room to adjust.

Day 2: Free time

Gather in the morning and depart for Libo, following the guide along the main route, visiting the highlights one by one, leaving ample time for photos and rest; Enjoy local specialties at noon, continue deeper in the afternoon, check into the hotel at dusk, and recharge for the next day's journey.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Libo, located in southern Guizhou, Guizhou, famous for its large and small seven arches. The small seven arches feature water forests, sixty-eight tiers of cascading waterfalls, and Wolong Pool, resembling a fairyland. It is known as the "emerald on the Earth's belt" and is also a World Natural Heritage site. Here, mountains and water blend and the air is fresh, making it Guizhou's most famous karst landscape. My understanding is that the small seven arches involve a lot of walking and the bridge is slippery, so be sure to wear non-slip shoes; The scenic area is quite large, so reserve a whole day to enjoy it slowly.

Friendly reminder: The mountain roads are slippery, so be sure to shift your center of gravity and slow down when going downhill. Prepare a pair of knee pads. Visitors generally report that the clear water at Xiaoqikong is called the "Earth's Emerald," and visitors say it's perfect for cooling off. Reminder: The walking route is long, so bring some snacks and water. Given the situation, be punctual. Arrive five to ten minutes early. Better to wait for the bus than for the car—don't make everyone wait for you.

Day 3: Free time

Depart from the hotel early in the morning and head straight to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. First, listen to the guide explain the background and highlights, then enjoy a leisurely tour and take photos based on your interests. After lunch, take a short rest, then return to the hotel in the evening to recharge for the next day.

Attraction introduction: This stop is Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Located in southeastern Guizhou, it is the largest Miao ethnic village in the world, with thousands of stilted houses built layer upon layer on the mountain. At nightfall, thousands of homes are lit up like stars, creating a spectacular scene. Here, you can experience the Miao long table banquet, silver decorations, and singing and dancing, immersing yourself in the rich Miao ethnic customs. My understanding is that you must stay overnight to enjoy the night view; the sparks of lanterns are the soul of Xijiang; The morning mist in the Miao village is also beautiful—don't oversleep.

Friendly reminder: The hiking section has many steps and steep slopes, so be sure to wear non-slip sports shoes. Those with mobility difficulties are advised to take the cable car up and down. Visitors generally report that the night view of Qianhu is a sea of lights, with visitors saying it's commercialized but still spectacular. A must-visit viewing platform—you can experience the long table banquet once. Based on actual conditions, don't just focus on taking photos—pay attention to your feet and surroundings, and be sure to stand firmly at the edges of the viewing platform and boardwalk.
