Day 1: Wuyuan

Gather in the morning and set off for Wuyuan. Follow the guide along the main route, visiting all the key highlights, with ample time reserved for taking photos and resting. At noon, enjoy the local specialty lunch. In the afternoon, continue exploring in depth, and in the evening, check into the hotel to rest and recharge for the next day's itinerary.

Attraction Introduction: Today's itinerary includes Wuyuan attractions. Wuyuan is located in Jiangxi and is known as 'the most beautiful village in China.' Huangling's autumn drying, Jiangwan's ancient village, and Jiangling's terraced rapeseed flower fields are famous far and wide. The white walls and black tiles of Huizhou-style architecture blend harmoniously with the pastoral scenery, making spring and autumn especially enchanting. In my understanding, spring is the peak time for rapeseed flowers, and autumn is for autumn drying; both are the highlights of Wuyuan. The villages are scattered, so driving yourself or hiring a car offers more freedom. Wear comfortable shoes when walking through the alleys of the ancient villages.

Warm Tips: The mountains experience large temperature differences between morning and evening, and the mountaintop wind can be strong. A windproof jacket and warm inner layers are necessary. Tourists generally provide feedback that rapeseed flowers (March) and Huizhou ancient villages are highlights, and the most beautiful is said to be in Huangling. Note that the flowering period is short, self-driving can easily lead to traffic jams, so start early. Considering the actual situation, when taking photos, don't just focus on getting the perfect shot—pay attention to your footing and the surroundings. Always hold on and stand firmly at viewing platforms and path edges.

Day 2: Mount Sanqing

Depart early from the hotel and head straight to Mount Sanqing. First, listen to the tour guide explain the background and highlights, then explore freely at a leisurely pace and take additional photos according to your interests; after lunch, take a short rest, and return to the hotel in the evening to accumulate energy for the next day.

Attraction Introduction: Today’s itinerary includes Mount Sanqing attractions. Mount Sanqing is located in Shangrao, Jiangxi. It is a famous Taoist mountain and a granite peak forest World Heritage site. The Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain and the Goddess Peak are lifelike, and the sea of clouds at sunrise is especially photogenic. It is known as "the foremost immortal peak in Jiangnan." My understanding is that climbing should be done within your ability; take the cable car whenever possible, but those with knee problems should not force a hike. The scenery is not about pushing yourself.

Tips: There are many slippery spots on the mountain paths, especially when going downhill. Pay attention to shifting your center of gravity backward and slow down your steps; knee pads can be prepared. According to general tourist feedback, most visitors think that Mount Sanqing is worth a special trip. It is recommended to slow down, listen to the guide's explanations, and leave time for the details and photo spots that impress you the most. Depending on the actual situation, the best times for photos are early morning or late evening—fewer people and soft light in the morning; golden glow at dusk is most photogenic; noon light is harsh and crowded, so it’s better to rest then.

Day 3: Jingdezhen

Today, the theme is Jingdezhen. Avoid peak crowd times and enter the park off-peak, following the recommended route for an in-depth tour; have lunch nearby to enjoy local flavors, then enjoy free activities in the afternoon or join a guided tour, and stay overnight at a hotel to rest.

Attraction introduction: One of the highlights on the itinerary is Jingdezhen. Known worldwide as the 'Porcelain Capital,' Jingdezhen has had a continuous kiln for a thousand years and is famous for its exquisite blue-and-white porcelain, delicate porcelain, and enamelware. Attractions such as the Ancient Kiln Folk Custom Exhibition Area, the China Ceramic Museum, and the Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District demonstrate the entire process from clay to artwork. This is a pilgrimage site for ceramic enthusiasts. In my understanding, watching artisans throw clay and paint blue-and-white porcelain at the Ancient Kiln is the most direct experience; the Taoxichuan night market and creative market are great for finding souvenirs.

Warm tips: The cobblestone streets in the ancient town are narrow and slippery, so be sure to wear non-slip flat shoes and be careful in the morning and evening. Visitors generally feedback that ceramic culture is the soul; the Imperial Kiln and Taoxichuan night market are favored by young people. Note that hands-on experiences require reservations, and seeing the items in person is better than buying online. Considering practical situations, for long trips dehydration is the most concerning; carry a water bottle and drink small amounts frequently. In the first night at a high-altitude or mountainous area, avoid washing your hair or bathing for too long to give your body some time to adjust.
