Day 1: Guoliang Village

Today's Taihang trip focuses on the cliff-hanging road and the film and television village, with a view of the canyon village; in the afternoon there will be additional shooting, and in the evening we will rest.

Attraction Introduction: One highlight arranged in the itinerary is Guoliang Village, Guoliang Village hidden on the cliffs of Taihang, famous for the 'cliff-hanging road'—villagers spent several years carving tunnels into the cliff by hand. You can walk through the cliff-hanging road, visit the film and television village, and overlook the dizzying depths and canyon villages; it is one of the most hardcore check-in spots in the Taihang Mountains, with the cliff-hanging road, Guoliang Tunnel, and Tianci being the most worth a detailed look.

Warm Tips: The itinerary includes mountain roads, with large temperature differences between morning and evening and many steps, so it is recommended to wear a light jacket and non-slip sports shoes, and watch your step on the stairs; be sure to bring your ID and other valid documents, stay with the tour guide at all times, and remember the meeting times and places. Visitors generally feedback that the cliff-side stone village is connected to the cliff-hanging road, and the filming locations naturally carry a sense of story; note that food and accommodation in the village are simple, so lower your expectations for a more enjoyable experience. Considering the actual situation, the cliffs of Guoliang cliff-hanging road are steep—be careful taking photos on the viewing platform and do not climb over the guardrail; visiting waterfalls is better during the rainy season.
