Day 1: Mount Emei
Mount Emei, a sacred Buddhist peak of Samantabhadra, dazzles at the golden summit above the clouds; monkeys roam the woods. Cable cars and the monkeys make a rich day.
Day 2: Leshan
The Leshan Giant Buddha at the confluence of three rivers is the world's largest stone seated Buddha (~71m). View it by boat or descend the cliff path to the feet.
Day 3: Dujiangyan
Dujiangyan, built by Li Bing in the Warring States, still irrigates the Chengdu Plain via fish-mouth and bottle-neck works — a 'living' heritage. Walk the Anlan rope bridge.
Day 4: Return
The trip winds down: you are transferred to the station/airport per your departure time. If time allows, a last stroll downtown; pack early and check documents. Safe travels!
