Day 1: Lijiang
Lijiang Old Town leans against Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, its Naxi lanes and canals a slow-living icon. Visit Mu Residence and the night bars; extend to the snow mountain or Lugu Lake.
Day 2: Dali
Dali sits beneath Cangshan and by Erhai Lake; the ancient town and Shuanglang invite slow travel. Cycle the lake, visit the pagodas and taste Bai tie-dye — a healing highland lakeside.
Day 3: Erhai
Erhai is Dali's highland lake, clear and winding; Shuanglang and Caicun are the chill spots. Cycle or boat it — morning mist and golden sunset make the 'wind-flower-snow-moon' scenery.
Day 4: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain north of Lijiang has thirteen snow peaks; a cable car reaches the glacier park at 4,000m+. See the Impression Lijiang show and Blue Moon Valley (watch altitude).
Day 5: Return
The trip winds down: you are transferred to the station/airport per your departure time. If time allows, a last stroll downtown; pack early and check documents. Safe travels!
